We're designers who learned AI production.
Not the other way round. That sentence is the whole company, and it's the one thing on this site a competitor can't copy without lying.
The tools stopped being the hard part
Everyone has the same models now. You can watch the same tutorials we did, and by next quarter the barrier will be lower still. That's not a threat to us — it's the reason this company exists at all.
What didn't get cheaper is knowing which of forty generations is the one, and why the other thirty-nine are subtly wrong in ways most people can't name but everyone can feel. That judgment is the entire job. It's also the only part that was ever really expensive.
Why a campaign used to cost ₹10 lakh
A studio day. A crew of four to six. A director, a DOP with cinema-grade glass, a colourist. One or two shoot days, then weeks of post. So cinematic brand work went to companies that could absorb ₹8–10 lakh, and everyone else made do with a template and hoped nobody noticed.
That constraint is gone. The craft isn't.
How we actually work
Frame first. We build and send stills before a single second of video is generated, and you approve a look before anything moves. Most AI video fails on the first frame and then faithfully animates the failure — that's why so much of it feels wrong without being obviously broken.
Approving the still costs an afternoon. Discovering the problem after the film is finished costs the project. So we don't start there.
What we won't do
We won't show you client logos we don't have. Every piece on this site is labelled concept work, made for brands that hadn't hired us, because that's the truth and because showing is faster than explaining.
We won't quote a price before understanding the scope, and we won't take a project we can't deliver at the standard the work above sets. There are two of us. That's a real limit on how many clients we take, and it's the reason the work stays consistent.
One runs the work. One runs the machine.
Two people, two halves, no third. Between us that covers the making and everything that has to happen around it.
Aditya Narayan
IIT Delhi, co-founded the design club there, has built brand systems end to end. Runs every production here — every frame that leaves is one he approved.
Aditya Shanker
Builds the systems underneath the work — the automations, the pipelines, the things that make a two-person studio behave like a bigger one. Handles strategy and scoping, and he'll be on your call.
The people who make it are the people you talk to.
No account managers
Your feedback goes straight to the person making the work.
No junior handoff
Every frame that leaves here was approved by whoever made it.
No queue
A small number of projects at a time, on purpose. It is the reason the work stays consistent.
Send us a brand you think we can't improve.
Fifteen minutes. If we can't make something better than what you're running now, we'll say so on the call.
